Pay

Retirement benefits
The Boehringer Ingelheim retirement benefits programme aims to provide adequate income continuation for retirees and financial support in case of e.g. permanent disability.
Health coverage
This is provided - depending on your country - for our employees and retirees. It normally includes a scale of various medical, dental and prescription drug benefits.
Insurances
Supplementing retirement benefits, a wide range of insurance benefits, such as life, accidental death and a variety of disability coverage, are offered to our employees.
