Development discussions

The regular employee-supervisor consultations at Boehringer Ingelheim include development discussions as an integrated part. 

Development planning is based on the conviction that development is a partnership between Boehringer Ingelheim, the employee and the supervisor. Making this partnership a success is an important part of the development discussion between the parties involved. 

The discussion is an open dialogue in which development objectives are constructively charted and reviewed. Performance- and advancement-related development objectives are considered.

Human Resources planning process

Boehringer Ingelheim has a globally integrated Human Resources planning process and system in place. This ensures that we can continuously offer development perspectives for our employees who are willing and capable to advance professionally.
