Employee-supervisor consultation

The regular employee-supervisor consultation is a shared managerial process between employees and their immediate superiors. It is applied to all functions at all levels. 

This discussion between employee and supervisor focuses on a continued dialogue around
  • organisational and individual objectives
  • achievement of objectives
  • co-operation, communication and teamwork
  • needs for individual and team development e.g. qualifying measures and career pathing.

We welcome employees actively addressing their own development needs and tapping into available support.
