"I started my career with Boehringer Ingelheim Colombia, where I worked for 5 years in Cost Accounting and Controlling. Boehringer Ingelheim has always given me excellent development opportunities from job responsibilities to continued training and international experience such as the International Management Development Program (IMDP).

In 2002, I was offered a position at Corporate Division Controlling in Ingelheim. This has given me the opportunity to participate in challenging projects in a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment. I believe this experience abroad will be very beneficial for my career and will help me to grow as a person.
