Click on the "Download" Button. After clicking "Ok" in the next window called "Copyright notice", the picture appears in your browser window. This can take a few seconds. When you see the picture click on "File" and "Save as" in the menu bar of your browser. Then you can choose a folder to save the file, e.g. "c:\mydownloads". Finally, go to this folder and open the file in the graphic format of your choice.
