In 2006 our pharmaceutical site in Yamagata, Japan, were certified by external institutions
according to the international standard ISO 14001.
Technological solutions implemented at our site in Kawanishi, Japan were designed in the past year to ensure that new, and often highly potent, active ingredients with very low exposure limit can be handled safely without the need for respiratory protection.
The local agencies awarded the site in Toride, Japan, a prize for its exemplary efforts in
the storage of hazardous goods and fire safety.
