For the second year running the Top Employers Institute has named Boehringer Ingelheim a Global Top Employer, with local recognition awarded in 29 countries in addition to regional titles for Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. The Global Top Employer Award is granted by a jury of experts based on excellent working conditions, support for personal and professional development, and employee engagement.
In 2022, the Top Employers Institute review team was particularly impressed by our employee engagement thanks to our outstanding reward and recognition performance, as well as our agile work environment, strong commitment to ethics and integrity, and inclusive corporate culture.
