Sarcoma

Fewer than 1% of cancers are sarcomas,1 but there are more than 100 unique sarcoma subtypes.2 80% of sarcomas are soft tissue sarcomas,3 and people living with this condition continue to face a high unmet need. Dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS) is a rare and aggressive form of sarcoma with a poor prognosis and average survival of 12-18 months.4 People impacted by this devastating cancer have no new first-line treatment options in 45 years.

Gary Schwartz, MD, Director of the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, Cleveland, Ohio, shares his expert perspectives on sarcoma, the importance of early detection, and his hopes for the sarcoma treatment landscape. Watch this video to learn more.
